Disney World 2018!

We headed out for Disney World on Saturday, July 15th.  We drove to Pensacola, Florida that day and spent the night there in a hotel.  The next day we left for Orlando!  We arrived at the Port Orleans hotel on Sunday evening.  The road trip was LONG, but definitely worth it!
Road trip to Disney, day 1!  We were in the car forever that day!  It ended up taking us 13 hours to get to Pensacola with all of the stops we had to make and the traffic on I-10.
Day 2 of our road trip!  That day wasn't nearly as bad.  I think it took us about  8 hours or so to get to Orlando.

On day one we went to Magic Kingdom.  We got there for an early breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and stayed ALL day long.  We didn't head back to the hotel until after 10 p.m. that night!  It was a very long day (14 hours at the park) but it was so much fun!!

Our crew in front of the castle!
Breakfast at Be Our Guest was really neat.
Such a fun breakfast at the Beast's castle!
About to go on the Peter Pan ride, one of my favorites!
The castle at Magic Kingdom was so beautiful!
Waiting in line for the go cart ride.
Ready to ride with Daddy!
The girls loved meeting Aerial and getting her signature.  This was their favorite character.
Little bit napped in the stroller while the big girls met Aerial.
We met Minnie Mouse!!
And Daisy!
We went to the Crystal Palace for an early dinner on the first day.  We got to meet Winnie the Pooh and his friends!

For some crazy reason I went on the Space Mountain ride.  I hated it and Jayda loved it!

And Nana, Sydney and Jacob loved it too!  I'm not sure how!

We went to a fireworks desert party on the first night.  It was really neat.

We all got all of the chocolate deserts that we wanted, plus sparkling cider.

Cheers to surviving the first day at Disney World!

After the desert party we sat in a reserved area to watch the fireworks over the Magic Kingdom.

The fireworks show was AMAZING!  The best fireworks show I have EVER seen!

The castle is beautiful at night!

Jacob, myself, and the little girls decided to go on one more ride after the fireworks show since there weren't any lines.

We had fun on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride and didn't leave the park until 10:00 when it closed down!  What a day!

These sweet girls fell asleep in the stroller on the way back to the shuttle that night.  Such a long day!
Jayda in front of the castle.

Sydney in front of the castle.

Avery in front of the castle.
We headed back to Magic Kingdom on day 2 as well.  There was so much to do at Magic Kingdom we couldn't have done it all in it one day. We did several rides on the other side of the park and headed to Chef Mickey's restaurant in the Contemporary for dinner!

Day 2, here we go!

Pretty girl wanted her picture in front of the park.

While the big girls went on some of the bigger rides Mammaw, Oma, myself and Paisley went to a cute little bear show.
Waiting for the show to start.
Avery and Oma on the dumbo ride.

Splash Mountain was super fun!

Another stroller nap for Paisley on day 2!

Leaving Magic Kingdom on day 2.

We went to Chef Mickey's for dinner.

The girls all got Mickey Mouse ears that day!
We met Mickey Mouse at dinner!
And saw Minnie again!

We even met Goofy!
On day 3 we headed to Epcot.  We had an early breakfast with the princesses and then did several rides.  We finished the day with a yummy dinner at a Mexican restaurant.  It was fun day!

Epcot!

Such a fun day!

We had breakfast with the princesses that morning.  The girls loved Belle!

Meeting Aerial again.

And the girls met Snow White!

Cinderella!

After breakfast we walked on to the Frozen ride.  We didn't have a fast pass for this ride but because we had gotten into the park early for the princess breakfast and went as soon as we finished, we didn't have to wait in a line.  It was perfect!

Think the Frozen ride was my favorite at Disney World.  It was super fun but not too scary!

After the Frozen ride we went to Elsa and Anna's cottage to meet them and get their signature.  Anna was really sweet.

We met Elsa!

And had to give her a hug!
On day 4, our last day at Disney, we went to Animal Kingdom.  We went on lots of fun rides and the girls really liked this park a lot! It was their second favorite behind Magic Kingdom.

We first went on a safari ride to see lots of  neat animals.

Heading out on the ride.

We saw giraffes.

And elephants!

All of us at Animal Kingdom!

The next ride we went on was the Navi River Journey.  It was really fun and we all got a bit wet!

Ready for the ride!

Avery got the most wet, but loved it!

Paisley liked the dinosaur statue!

We had fun on the little dinosaur ride!

Avery and I went on a bigger dinosaur ride too.  It was awesome!

That night we went to eat dinner at the Tusker House.  And we saw Mickey again!

Oma and the girls with Mickey Mouse!

Donald Duck!

Daisy loved Paisley!  After dinner she came over and gave her a big hug.  It was so sweet!

The girls and Jacob went on the Avatar ride and then got these little Avatar creatures.

We left Disney on Friday morning and made it back to Biloxi, Mississippi.  We stayed in a hotel across from the beach!

We walked acorss the street to the beach the next morning to play for a little bit before getting back on the road again.

We rented a jet ski for the girls to ride on.  They had fun!

Playing in the sand before heading back to Texas!

We made one last pit stop in Louisana on the way home at an alligator farm!  The girls all got to hold baby alligators!

We had such a fun time at Disney World! It was one of the best trips we've ever taken as a family.  Next time we will definitely FLY there!
