When we had Avery's one year pictures done we went ahead and took some family pictures too. I had been wanting to take a family shot on the road and thought that would look so good. The weather was crazy that day and a cold front had just blown in. Luckily, Emily was so sweet and came outside in the freezing weather with us and snapped a few quick pictures. We were probably out there no more than 5 minutes, but they ended up turning out really cute!

Jacob and I went to the Chamber of Commerce Christmas Gala here in Huntsville in the middle of December. It was fun getting dressed up and going out for the night!
Avery was so happy to see her Daddy at Sydney's pre-school performance.

We celebrated Christmas with Jacob's brothers the weekend before Christmas. I had gotten a new camera as an early Christmas present from Jacob, so I had lots of fun taking pictures at the party!

On Christmas Eve we went over to my parents house to celebrate Christmas with them.
We enjoyed the day, ate lots of Mexican food, and of course had a lots of fun opening Christmas presents!

On Christmas day we drove up to Oklahoma to celebrate Christmas with Jacob's grandparents and aunts and uncles. By the time we arrived I wasn't much in the mood to take anymore pictures, so I only got a couple more.
Avery was loving on her sister....poor Jayda got sick on Christmas, not fun!

Whew, I think that sums up our Christmas 2013! We are so blessed and thankful for everything that God has given us! We pray for another wonderful year of health and happiness in 2014!
